Clean rooms and nice personal. The location is super awesome that have acces to metro, bus, taxi. The room was cleaned every day with new bedsheets and offers a verry pleasent feeling.

Excellent breakfast, not the largest selection, but great quality food. Great food for OK prices at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful and polite throughout our stay with all our questions. The spa is good (sauna, steam, pool), gym is decent sized, not great variety, but enough for a short stay. The room was spacious enough even for two people working from there.

I loved the interior of the room, it was large and very comfortable. The swimming people area and spa were definitely the highlight of my stay.

- location is very convenient to most well known tourist destinations in Istanbul - smart room that you can control everything with a touch of a button - very quick room service - very clean - staff is helpful and friendly - good value of money - food is good

Everything. The staff,the room, the price, the decorations, the atmosphere, THE BED IS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND COMFY I DON'T WANT TO GET OUT !

The room was clean and had everything I needed, very spacious and comfortable mattress which is something I look at usually. I didn't have time to try the breakfast but it was highly recommended. I had to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out as my flight was quite late in the evening and the staff kept it safely which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back again.
